Create Company Account
Companies / Recruiters can Browse or Search through Resumes without Logging In. Companies need to
Regsiter and create account and
Login at Resumes-India to Send Job Offers. Open Resumes of Candidates and at the bottom of the Resume there is a Form to send a short Job Offers to the Candidate. Candidates will then revert to you.
My Home
After logging in, a Company / Recruiter can view all job offers send by it to Candidates.
Searching Candidates
You can find the right candidate easily, free of charge and that too without even logging in. Use the Search Form in
Search Resumes Page by using most important
keyword. Please
use single keyword. Not sentences to search.
Saving Searched Data
Without logging in, Companies can Save a
Search String and later go back to
"Previous Searches" and look at Resumes more closely.
In
Search Resumes Page, enter Search Criteria and Click on Search Button. (
For Example: 2 to 5 Years Experience, BTech and Keyword as "Mechanical")
In the top of
Search Result Page, which shows Resumes in Brief, Click on
"Save This Search" to save the above Search Criteria. You can see this
Saved Search whenever you wish to in
"Previous Searches" Page
Making Job Offers
You can ask a Candidate to Contact you by using the Response Form at the bottom of a Resume. Your Mail ID is kept Confidential together with your offer and are not published at website. The offer is immediately forwarded to the Candidate. You may ask the shortlisted candidates to send their detailed resumes with phone numbers.
