WBSETCL invites applications in the prescribed format from Indian Citizens for the following Post :
Name of the Post : Technical Support Hand
Pay Scale : Rs.4900 – 9200/- + GP Rs.1700/- plus other admissible allowances
Other Benefits : Other than Basic Pay & Grade Pay there are Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Medical Allowance, Electricity Allowance, Hill Compensatory Allowance, Project Allowance (according to place of posting) LTC / HTC allowance as per the rules of the Company.
No. of Posts : 102 Posts (UR – 33 ; UR/EC – 16 ; SC – 14 ; SC/EC – 07 ; ST – 03 ; ST/EC – 02 ; OBC/A – 06 ; OBC/A/EC – 03 ; OBC/B – 04 ; OBC/B/EC – 02 ; Sports Persons – 02 ; EXSM- 10)
Qualification : Madhyamik or equivalent pass from a recognized Board / Institution with sound Physique, ability to read & write in Bengali / Nepali and elementary knowledge in English.
Age Limit : 18 – 27 years as on 01 – 01 – 2013. (Relaxations : SC/ST – 5 yrs ; OBC – 3 yrs ; PH – as per Rules.
Mode of Selection : i) Physical Fittness Test ii) Written Test iii) Interview
Application fee : Rs.150/- for General, OBC, and all Category Candidates from other States (No fee for SC/ST Candidates of WB State) – through a specific Challan for the purpose the fee has to be deposited in any branch of United Bank of India.
How to Apply : Candidates are required to apply in the prescribed format. The application complete in all respects with necessary enclosures like attested Copies of Caste Certificate (if applicable), Age Proof Certificate, Madhyamik Certificate, Discharge Certificate or appropriate documents for Ex- Serviceman candidates, WBSETCL’s Copy of the Challan after depositing money and necessary filling up of Transaction ID & SOL ID by the Bank (if applicable) etc should be sent by Ordinary Post to The Advertiser, Post Box No.9418, Post Office – Park Street, Kolkata – 700 016.
