Sashastra Seema Bal(SSB) Recruitment of Para Veterinary Cadre – 2012 (118 Posts)| SSB Para Veterinary Cadre Recruitment Notification 2012 - ssbrectt.gov.in Sashastra Seema Bal – Requires – Vacancy – HC – Constable – Veterinary Applications are invited from Indian male/female citizens for filling up the following vacancies of Group-C Non-Gazetted (Combatised), Para Veterinary Cadre in Sashastra Seema Bal. They will be governed under SSB Act and Rules applicable to other members of the Force and other Rules applicable from time to time. On appointment they shall be entitled for the pension benefits as per the “New Restructured Defined Contributory Pension Scheme” applicable for the new entrants to the Central Government Services w.e.f. 01-01-2004.Further details are as follows : 1. Head Constable (Veterinary) - 68 Posts (UR – 31 ; SC – 09 ; ST – 05 ; OBC – 16 ; EX – SM – 07) Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 + GP 2400 Qualification : Intermediate (10+2) Science examination pass with Biology as main subject from recognized board or university. Desirable : One year experience in treatment of different species of animals, in a recognized Veterinary Hospital. Age Limit : 18 – 25 years as on 15 – 09 – 2012 (Relaxation – SC/ST – 05 yrs ; OBC – 03 yrs) 2. Constable – (Veterinary) - 50 Posts (UR – 21 ; SC – 07 ; ST – 05 ; OBC – 12 ; EX – SM – 05) Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 + GP 2000 Qualification : Matriculation Examination pass with science from a recognized board or university. Desirable : One year experience in treatment of different species of animals, in a recognized Veterinary Hospital. Age Limit : 18 to 23 years as on 15 – 09 – 2012 (Relaxation – SC/ST – 05 yrs ; OBC – 03 yrs) Note : Candidates not in possession of requisite education, experience certificate or appearing in the examination/ awaiting result need not apply. Selection Procedure : The selection process shall consist of following stages : I) Documentation II) Physical Standard Test ( PST) III) Physical Efficiency Test ( PET) IV) Written Examination V) Final Medical Examination VI) Review Medical Examination Application Fee : Rs.50/- (NO Fee for SC/ST/EX-SM/Female) How to Apply : Interested Candidates are required to apply in the prescribed format, with two attested passport size photographs duly affixed on application form and admit card at the space provided for the purpose, along with application fee of Rs. 50/- and attested copies of the testimonials.
