Duties and Responsibilities * To proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime (SQL Server 2005/2008). * Good knowledge of Different Replication Strategy and Experience on it. * Backup Strategies , Restore Techniques, Replication Techniques * Peer-Peer Replication ,Replication Maintenance * DB Mirroring , Security Management , Performance Tuning * Troubleshooting Issues ,Error Handling Measures * Import -Export Techniques * DB Cloning and Issues * Good communication skills * Can handle Database with little assistance * Candidate have 6 months+ experience in SQL Server 2008 will be added advantage.
