Id: 4854 Title: my experience about the campus placement in Consagous technologies Pvt Ltd.

CONSAGOUS hire 7 students from IPS Gwalior and given me a chance to work with it as a jr.software engineer. They selected the students on the basis of five steps: 1 round is to clear the written test which includes aptitude,reasoning,some technical questions of software languages & english.this test is taken just to check our basic knowledge. 2nd round is of group discussion(GD)in order to test the communication skils of the students who passed the written test. 3 after clearing GD round there is a technical round to get satisfied with the technical knowledge needed for CONSAGOUS. 4 and finally there is personal interview(PI) for the one\\\'s who proved themselves technically strong for CONSAGOUS. on PI round they were just there to check our attitude,behaviour,skills and our dedication towards teamwork.They asked me the following questions to select me Q-1 describe yourself? Q-2 this question is asked on the basis of the answer of above question? Q-3and Q-4 based on aptitude and reasoning... Q-5 is situation based question Q-6 and finally they asked me why to hire me for their company? in this way I got chance to work with CONSAGOUS which was really a great experience.
