Details : It’s a product where wheat germ is been used along with wheat flour, refined flour, Nutralite and honey. It’s a baked product, rich in vitamin E and B complex vitamins. No preservatives are added, and stay fresh up to 7 days. So it can be termed as a healthy and light snack product.

Details : It’s a product especially for the consumer who keeps upwaas regularly, due to hectic schedule consumer doesn’t have time to cook for themselves during this period. So to make their life simpler, this is an attempt. As this kachori is grilled and comes in two forms ready to eat and ready to cook, consumer gets choice and variety in cooking and eating. Both are refrigerated product sand has shelf life of almost 2 months. Ready to eat is grilled kachori. Both the kachori are low in fat and rich in carbohydrate and protein.

Product: PURAN POLI AND KATACHI AMTI INSTANT MIX

Details : it’s an instant mix of Puran (no preservatives are added), and Katachi Amti, which is a first of its kind, as their is no Puran and Katachi Amti Instant Mix available in the market. This product needs little amount of water for reconstitution and your hot and spicy Katachi Amti is ready with a nice mold of puran which u can stuff in a wheat dough ball and roll a Poli. Here dehydration and Retort technology is been used along with Vacuum Packaging.

2) HAAT MEIN SEHAT: It was a Project carried under Centre for Safe Water and Sanitation, University of California, Berkeley which was adapted for the Haath Mein Sehat Project. A community project that deal with spreading knowledge for practicing a good and better Health and Hygiene personal as well as our surroundings.

1) N.S.S.: NATIONAL SOCIAL SCHEME. Regular participation in various community service programs and puppet shows, Demonstration on sanitation and hygiene, conducted regular health checkup of children from S.S.R.V.M School Dharavi, Mumbai, also conducted awareness program on literacy at Azad Nagar, Wadala, Mumbai.

2) Participated in various inter collegiate dance competition, WON 2ND PRIZE FOR DANCING AT E-TV MARATHI’S DANCE SHOW : FULL-2- DHAMAL.

3) Participated in Online Cultural Interaction between India-Germany.

4) WON 3 rd PRIZE at PFNDI’S BOOKLET PRESENTATION: Topic- NUTRITION IN ELDERLY

5) WON 2ND PRIZE at NATIONAL SEMINAR ON “INDUSTRY AND ACADEMIC SYNERGY” for POSTER PRESENATION , Topic- 'Role of Industry in Academics- A Perspective'

6) Presented a poster at National Seminar on “Industry and Academic Synergy”, TOPIC: 'Educational Institutions and Social Organizations- A Collaboration'
